Due to the nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a plugin, theme, Course or another download product there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable.

You acknowledge that the Services purchased by you are non-transferable and non-refundable.

You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under no circumstances, including for modifying and extending the duration of the Service, change in the commencement date of the Service, your failure to attend or participate in the Service, modification of the structure or content of the Service.

If the digital product/course is unusable, we need time to try to fix it(Maximum 1-2 working days). Otherwise, we will make a refund.

Please note that we are not developers of the provided products, so our technical support capabilities are limited.

We do not change product functionality and do not fix developer bugs.
